That’s a clear conflict of interests. And recent renovation of Felipe Massa’s contract (without Fernando Alonso’s future decided) proves the decision might have been taken more for individual’s interests, rather than for the factory’s interests.

I am sure Enzo Ferrari would have done things differently.

5 days ago Jean Todt resigned as CEO and became a sort of internal consultant to the company. I think Ferrari is taking him away from the frontline in part because to his not very honest behaviour in the past months.
