Lonely Planet sold to BBC World
BBC World has bought 75% of Lonely Planet, a very cool company founded in 1972 by Tony and Maureen Wheeler. Tony is a London Business School Alumnus.
It is really nice to see how London Business School is being known by entrepreneurs too, and not only by finance guys.
